Safer Systems Staff have the following project experience:
- Conducting Hazard ID workshops on a number of Dive Support Vessel (DSV), new build Saturation Dive Systems (SDS) programmes. Customers included Divex, Technip and Subsea 7
- Conducting 2 phases of Hazard Identification (HAZOP workshops and reports) on behalf of IHC Engineering Business for the C249 New Pipelay Vessel (NPV) Pipelay System. The system is used for the spooling and deployment of reeled pipe, pipe line end terminations (PLETs) and In Line Tees (ILTs) at a variety of lay angles. The Pipelay System involves a number of subsystems that are complicated in their own right that have to work together correctly in order to preserve safety of personnel as well as the vessel
- Safety Case development and associated activities (on behalf of Divex Ltd) for the first PLC based NORSOK Saturated Diving System (SDS), installed on the AKER OSCV 06L
- OSBIT Offshore Gangway system incident report based on a bow tie analysis
- Development of a Companywide Safety Integration Framework comprising a process model and a set of guides to ensure that the safety assurance process was suitably integrated with the OSBIT project delivery process
- OSBIT provides elegant engineering solutions to the offshore world, the safety task was a MaXccess T18 system Safety Assessment Report (SAR) independent review
- OSBIT MOBO & Maintenance Tower HAZID and ensuing safety programme support
